Condition: Several scratches and rub marks to the upper dome and shelf wear to the concave flame polished base with snapped pontil scar. Please see photos and let us know if you need any additional assistance. 

A very unusual weight featuring a millefiori butterfly with a single canes in the forward and back wings, the body is also constructed of short cane sections, and detailed with lampworked antennae and spots for legs. I discovered one other example sold at Selman’s in their Fall 2002 auction, see lot #93, here is is described as “Bohemian”.
