Identifying Antique Paperweights Lampwork George N. Kulles Reference Book

Kulles' series of three books (covering Millefiori, Lampwork, & lesser known makers) are must have for the intermediate to serious collector/scholar of antique art glass paperweights.  Most paperweight reference books are organized by maker with good photos highlighting the style and technique of each. These types of reference books do a good job in communicating a factories abilities and range but do little to communicate specific characteristics of each factory.  Kulles, in his books, has taken a very scientific approach, endeavoring to understand the essence of each maker and what specific characteristics to look to differentiate between the various.
